"You...! Oh, why you...! Oh, Batman... I'm really gonna have to hunt you down and kill you one of these days!"-Joker
The Good
Where to begin, really this game has so much going for it. To begin with you literally jump straight into the action after apprehending the Joker, and your first trademark villain you "fight" is Zsasz. From there you progress through the worst possible night Batman could ever have inside Arkham. Another great attribute to the game is that the computer is very good about not being in the same place all the time making it a multiple play-through game. Also once you do beat the actual story you can go back and take your attempt at solving all of the Riddler's sometime daunting riddles. Furthermore you get to explore a part of Arkham Island never before seen.
The Bad
Really there is very little wrong with this game. My biggest complaint is that the characters show no facial features what-so-ever, I found my self laughing when there was supposed to be an intense moment due to the fact that I could hear the emotion in their voice but they had a completely crappy generated face. Also there where points when the controls were unresponsive making it hard to get big combos. It was really aggravating when I'd have a big combo going then suddenly the counter button wouldn't respond or one of the attack buttons would respond causing me to lose it.
The Verdict
Over all the game is a great play through that does a wonderful job of implanting many of Batman's greatest villains into one action packed game. The game lets you explore parts of Arkham never before seen along with introducing a fresh new story for gamers of all ages. I give the game a 4.5 out 5.
