Thunder boomed and lightning arced through the thick rain clouds that veiled the sky. The pit patter of hard raindrops crashing to the surface littered the night and shielding the loudest footstep from even the most sensitive ears. A quiet coffee shop stood at the center of all the madness. Armed commandos surrounded the structure and entered, guns drawn, in pitch darkness.
"You two ready? We're gonna creep to the counter and then I'll fire on them. The both of you have to tell me where the targets are at since I won't have much time to look." Light whispered to his newly acquired company. Yet even as he gave the command Light thought better of it. "On second thought, just let me handle this you two help the staff get to safety." Light cocked both his guns back and silently made his way to the counter. Ducking behind it he saw the red laser swing over his head and suddenly away. Then he felt the vibration of a boot. In the next moment a body lumbered over the counter.
The armed assailant walked right past Light. The agent quickly rose off his feet and delivered a punch to his temple from behind. The body collapse and Light dragged it over to the wall. A red laser flashed in front of his face. Panic kicked in the adrenaline and Light threw his body down. The man fired a second too late. Light hit the ground and rolled off his back, taking cover behind the sink. Turning his flashlight on he popped out of his cover from the opposite side and planted two holo tips in the first gunman. One in each shoulder.
As he fell to the ground wounded two more showed up in his place. Followed by fifteen extra men. More were beyond the horizon and Light realized no matter how good he was, numbers were on they're side. Numbers win gunfights. He began shooting fiercely, unloading his entire clip at them. The shots were precise. Bodies were dropping at a fast rate but they still kept coming. Ducking behind a wall, he held off many of them as they hopped over the counter. Using this window of opportunity. After three rings a low resonating voice spoke. "Yo?" Light voice was strained and frustrated. "Chance, I'm in a real jam at the coffee shop. I can't pull this one off without some help."
Meanwhile the rest of the world was struck with attacks similar to these. Presidents, Prime Ministers, entire governments being raided, murdered, or held hostage. These happening were only the beginning. New World Order was on the way.

Thunder boomed across the skies sending a shiver down her spine. It was rare to get a full blown thunderstorm such as this in the dry air of Vegas but it was always a welcomed delight. Rae looked about the room, ebon eyes skittering across the room as the heavy footsteps grew louder. She moved around a corner and then came to a sudden stop. Across from her she saw a lone figure. A shadow creeping about the room with his guns out and ready. A smile crept across the woman's lips as she readied herself. Another loud crack of thunder boomed and this time it was accompanied by a flash of lightening that seemed to temporarily blind the man across from her. It was one subtle movement of his body but she'd caught it as clear as day. Big mistake, she thought to herself as she moved from the corner and onto the open air. Her gun was pointed and she was ready to attack.
"Woah mamacita...." The deep voice called out to her. From the shadows he stepped out, a man dressed in a standard army uniform. Rae could only roll her eyes as she pointed the guns towards him. "You want to play cowboy be my guest but call me 'mamacita' again and see what'll happen." Her comment caused the man to laugh and he walked up to join her. "Sorry Rae." He spoke and Rae cracked a smile. "Mejia, if I didn't love to bust your balls." It was then that they heard the window in the back of the establishment come crashing down. Her eyes quickly darted behind them. Like a unit in complete harmony both Mejia and Rae headed towards the back of the warehouse. The looks on their faces said it all.
This was a simple training simulation. A training exercise they had both endured on more than one occasion. Everything was the same due to their specifications, at least it was up until this point. The window being busted open was not one of their specifications. This was an anomaly that caused both parties to be suspicious and this time they moved about the facility cautiously. The closer they neared the 'docking bay' of the warehouse the louder the sound of shuffling feet became. Rae quickly looked towards Mejia and motioned him to silence her as she moved further and found herself arching around another corner. In the backdrop of the warehouse she could see the shadows of several men. Lightning once again burst across the sky and she saw several ropes hanging from the side of the building. Along with several armed men who were quickly regrouping and speaking amongst themselves This was an attack. And she knew she and Mejia had to proceed with caution.
Turning on her heel, she hurried back to her partner as quietly as humanly possible and started to talk in hurried whispers. "Attack. Several men. We bust some heads open and then get the hell out of here." Mejia gave a nod of understanding and then he and Rae doubled back to the docking bay and the group of men. It was now or never. Rae dug into her holster and pulled out a small bottle from it. She glanced at Mejia who was giving her a wide smile and gave a nod. She moved between two large metallic bins and watched as a group of four men headed in their general direction. Now or never, she said to herself again and threw her Molotov cocktail right at the group of men. Now the fun and games would really begin.

"Chance, I'm in a real jam at the coffee shop. I can't pull this one off without some help."
"Well, sucks to be you! Ha, just kidding" He replied with a smile, his cajun accent ever present as he smarted off to the secret agent. "I'll be dhere in a moments notice".
__
A little smirk crept up his pale white face as he entered into the coffee shop. His hair turned snow white and his eyes scarlet as his joy grew.
"Hehehe, we got him now!" said a goon with a M-16 pointed at the head of Light Starks, obviously not noting Chance's entrance. "Now, this won't h--Ukk!" His sentence was cut off as a single playing card that was thrown by Chance entered into his throat and cut off his vocal cords. The card boomeranged back into the dark gambler's hands however not before it cut into the heads of other oncoming assassins.
Flicking the bloodied card to the ground, he flipped over the oncoming fire. As he landed infront of Light and the others, he crouched down and grabbed the sub machine gun off the assailants corpse, slowly picking off the remaining ones.
RATTA TATTA TAT!!
The room was full of corpses, and it was in part thanks to the Ace of Spades with only a deck of cards and a gun barely full of ammo.
Turning around to Light, he smirked once more.
"Show-off" Light said rolling his eyes. "Atleast it's over" Light continued.
"It's never over, Mon Ami" He replied... _ A man sits atop a hill top, a black and gold costume tightly fitted to his body. Zoomed in on a snipers scope, he takes aim for Chance's head.

The sound of shattering glass filled the air as the man volunteered Samuel, along with the girl who volunteered herself. He scanned the area looking for a way he could sneak out of the building while the man talked, then suddenly he zoned back in as he caught the end of the man's words.
You two ready? We're gonna creep to the counter and then I'll fire on them. The both of you have to tell me where the targets are at since I won't have much time to look
Samuel gritted his teeth, he had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach about this, he knew no matter what he'd eventually act upon instinct and start using his abilities showing the world he wasn't just some college freshman just out of highschool, but that he was something else entirely.
Then suddenly the man turned back to face the group before saying, On second thought, just let me handle this you two help the staff get to safety
Suddenly all of Samuel's fears rushed away as he saw his moment of opportunity. He didn't wait around for the girl to reply he simply tapped a few of the people before taking off into the darkness. He followed the wall down the small corridor passing what he assumed where storage rooms before he finally saw the glow of the exit sign. He led the small group out of the door and moved them towards the woods.
"Get out of here I'm gonna go back to lead the others here." With that he turned and ran back into the darkness until he came to another door. He quickly kicked it open and stepped inside. He began stripping out of his street cloths revealing his his costume beneath. It was nothing fancy really, the top was nothing more than a black long sleeve sweatshirt, the pants were only black sweat pants and the mask was nothing more than a ski mask dyed black.
He figured that both the girl and the other man would probably presume he was a coward since as far as they were concerned he had simply ran like a wuss but as he shoved his street cloths into his bag he knew it was better that way, no one knowing who he was. He quickly grabbed the bag and ran back outside. He quickly scaled a ladder attached to side of the building after tossing his bag into the dumpster.
Once atop the building he glanced around, first he saw a new comer drop down into the shop then he looked up only to see another small militia marching toward the shop. "Damn, damn damn! Why can't it ever be easy." Samuel mumbled before reaching down and pulling the knife from his holster and closing his eyes. He drowned out the world as he focused on what he was bout to do. Memories began to flood his mind, the first time he discovered his abilities, the first time he had fought with them, the split second decision to suit up.
Then without a moments notice he vanished from the rooftop, mere seconds passed before Samuel appeared behind a brute in the back. Samuel walked silently with the group then finally he decide it was time, go for it, it lose it. He quickly reached up and wrapped his hand over the guard's mouth before swiftly swiping his Cold Steel Bushman survival knife across his throat. The man's warm blood sprayed the men infront of him as Samuel disappeared again reappearing behind a man that was formally the head of the pack as the entire group had turned in shock to see their comrade falling to the ground. Samuel preformed the same move on the former leader before again vanishing into the tree limbs above. The group now shifted with fear and anxiety, though not a man showed it on their face.
As the group circled up Samuel couldn't help but grin, "Big Mistake boys." he mumbled to himself before dropping down into the center of the group he hastily slashed at the throats of the men until he had come full circle. Only one man remained, Samuel quickly vanished reappearing behind the man, suddenly before he could even twitch Samuel felt the cold steel of a blade enter into his abdomen as the brute twisted to prevent the wound from quickly closing up. Blood slowly pooled on the shirt as Samuel looked down and back up just in time to see the man's fist make contact with his face. Samuel fell back the blade still stuck in his stomach, and once again the brute had thought faster as he ran and tackled Samuel slamming him to a large tree. Samuel coughed viciously as blood slowly streamed from his mouth as the brute grabbed the blade from his abdomen and began thrusting it into Samuel's stomach. He wanted to scream in pain, but he couldn't as he slowly choked on his own blood. Suddenly out of pure instinct he thrust his knee upward hitting the man in the groin.
The man groaned in pain as he held himself. Samuel suddenly vanished reappearing next to his survival knife that he had dropped when he was tackled earlier. He heard a suddenly growl come from behind him as he spun on his heels he saw the brute had pulled a gun, without a single thought Samuel thrust the knife in the direction of the man. He let out a slight yelp of pain as he felt a bullet graze his side as the knife buried itself in the brutes forehead.
He ran over and grabbed his knife returning it to it's sheath before teleporting back to the shop. He reappeared in the shadowed corner where he had been sitting before all hell broke loose. He grabbed his bottle of Jack and began pouring it into the wound in his abdomen with holding any sound from escaping as not to alert anyone of his presence if possible. As he looked around he saw corpses everywhere, but no living people. Then suddenly from behind a table the new comer and the man from earlier as Samuel slowly pushed himself further into the darkness.

The icy wind shattered against the horizon as it made its way through the buildings and around the people. She clattering of footsteps against the cold slabs of stone on the floor she could hear it all. The distant chatter continuous swearing and nagging that people in these parts constantly gave off. Like the ringing of a hideous bell she couldn’t stop hearing their voices. She attempted to block them attempted to forget but she found it almost impossible to do so. Eventually opening her eyes only for them to be blinded by the oncoming sunlight she moved her hand to the communicator in her pocket in the appearance of a simple cell phone before dialling and contacting her superior.
For a few moments there was silence before an answer causing her mouth to open and lips to part “Sir, the area is filled with civilians, major casualties will ensure if it’s not stopped.” She could hear the reluctance for a reply, she knew her leader hated these situations truthfully he hated sending her. Elisha one of the less by the book operatives and slightly rebellious teenager or so he thought. In truth Elisha was always in control she looked at the situation different if a life needed to be sacrificed in order to complete the task and keep her organization’s work classified she’d have to do a few things behind the scene.
“Elisha, don’t mess us” was all he said her brow eyes lowered a second fading to a slight gray colour before taking in a deep sigh and pointed them back forward “Yes sir!” she replied simply placing the communicator in her pocket before waling onward toward a specific building. Her mind was a machine and swiftly she distracted her thoughts and placed them upon her mission, her duty her assignment. Elisha probably appeared like any teenage chick, she wore slightly slacking attire attending a nearby high school, she was a senior obviously. In her first year in high school her teacher Dr Adams noticed she was different and he took the advantage and recruited her.
Now making her way up the several flights to stairs her mind was sent on one and her hand another. A small device now took the place of the communications device that use to be present. Eventually managed to reach the roof she situated herself closing her eyes a moment as she lifted the com device to her mouth “In position sir...shall I initiate”? There was no hesitation or remorse in her commanders voice “Do it.” Taking in a deep breath she whispered “When did the government decide to make children terrorists.” With that she paused a moment hand on the trigger but as she was about to press it she froze. The moments ticked by slowly as she could hear people chattering louder and shouting. Her eyes wandered over the small brick wall as she peered below to what was happening.
She saw the long black limo cursing through the street she forced herself to look away as sweat poured down her face. Looking at the device she was about to press before her communication went off and the angered voice of her leader could be heard “What the H@ll are you doing Elisha! Press the D@nm button!” her breathing picked up pace as she lowered her finger, the crowds noise grew louder and so did her leaders hollering over the com link. “Press it, Press it Girl!!”. Tears swelled in her eyes as she finally shouted “NO!” with that she tossed the communicator aside throwing it toward the brick wall and watching it break, along with her communicator sending it down the building.
With that she leaped down the side of the building free falling literally. People gladly were too busy staring at the long jet black limo that passed by. The wind blew fiercely against her face as she pulled off her belt and watching as she fell to the approaching flag pole that was attached to the building. Taking on final deep breath she aimed it and flung the one end toward the metallic pipe as her other hand came into cold hard contact with it clasping it tightly not wanting to lose grip. Though the metallic long stick shook it did not give way causing her to swiftly use the belt hook and pull her practically on top of it. Sliding toward he brick wall of the building using her force of balance and time of the gymnastics team she managed to steady her feet upon it as her back propped up against the wall.
Swiftly pulling out her make-up kit from her pocket she pulled out a small set of tweezers she had lodged inside the capsule. Making sure she was stead she inched her fingers at the end of it raising it high as she consciously watched the van. For a moment there was dead silence in her head and in her mind before she made her move. And flung the tweezes toward the tinted window of the car where she knew the target was seated. The sound of glass shattering and screams follower as people turned their eyes toward there this weapon might have come from only to see a building missing a flag pole.
And on the ground safe and sound stood Elisha watched with the metallic pole beside her and a scare upon her right arm all the way down. With that she turned her long black locks blowing in the wind as she pulled out her own cellular phone and dialled her leader. Before he had time to curse and swear her out she answered “Mission completed, target taken out, casualties…none. Returning to school sir if that’s it” once again there was silence but good silence as a smile appeared on her face. One again Elisha Murdoch had done it, the unthinkable the impossible: why, to show off or spare the lives of hundreds? Several hours later.
Returning to her school located on a large campus she quickly changed mended her wound and returned to school. Anyway all she had used up was her lunch break and everybody was already use to her mission every social gathering and tea party that occurred. The rest of the day was uneventful, she normal flirting getting into fights ignoring the teachers and getting sent to detention practically a common thing with her. Like in the mission field she had a mind of her own and a plan with what she wanted to do. Eventually the day came to a sudden halt as she returned to her dorm. She might have merely been in high school but she lived on her own. Her parents she didn’t know but she didn’t need to know.
So after a long fun filled day she retired to her room and fell lifelessly on the bed exhausted. For a moment she almost felt peace but that moment soon passed as her eyes opened and she remember seeing an envelope on the table. She hated her mind because of that. Some of the most random things she’d be able to detect and remember even minutes after. Slowly groaning as she got up from her bed rubbing her eyes a moment as she walked toward the wooden table by the window. Sliding her hands across it she gripped it and sat herself down opening it. It was addressed to her, oddly enough also used her maiden name, she had often changed her last name but there it was in blain hand written ink “Elisha Murdoch”. As she unfolded the letter she found it to be much shorter than presumed as her eyes scanned it getting wider and wider out of shock as she continued. “Singed: your sister?” she read aloud. Dropping the letter she tried to remember her past something she never did but she remembered. “Well twin sis looks like you want another meetin?” With that she got to her feet looked out the window to the setting sun and showed a slight smirk as she clad herself in a skin tight suit. Letting out a deep sigh she reluctantly took her blade, it had been years since her sister was in her life, and much had changed on her end she suspected the same for her sis.
Exiting her room she locked the door tightly and walked down the hall, several people attempted to great her put she passed them by avoiding eye contact. Her mind was too deep in thought, she knew if her sis wanted more than a simple family reunion. The letter gave her a location to meet the time everything, but she was no fool she suspected it might have been a trap so she arrived....late. Creeping like a snake in the shadows she silently made her way back against the wall eyes looking everywhere, she was alert. Eventually she came to a sudden stop as she could hear some...commotion occurring nearby. She attempted to go search it out but then she hear a familiar voice.
“Evening Elisha...” her eyes darted toward the person in the shadows as she saw a hooded figure emerge. She recognized the voice even to this day; it was her sisters’ Louise. As they neared she removed her hood to reveal they still had the exact same appearance. Now what unfolded between these two sisters was conversing, they had not seen each others for more than 5 years but it appeared that Louise knew more about Elisha and her little gallivantings than Elisha knew of her. “I don’t have time to...fight I need to get in on some of the action but before I do...Why sis, why do you..” but she was cut off “Because! I’m good at it...the one thing I’m good at and you’re not!” Elisha said harshly in anger as she gripped the hilt of her dagger preparing form some kind of physical disagreement. “While you aligned yourself with boy scouts and little perfect princes I’ve been doing other things.”
“I’m not fighting you” Louise said shaking her head in disappointment “I just wanted to see if maybe we could make up” Elisha smiled “Yeah...should have tried sooner” with that enjoyable encounter they would have parted one to her life of fighting darkness and the other to the realm of darkness but fate did not allow it. Instantly like the breaking of glass she heard her sisters faint cry. She might have had a lot of anger toward her but she still cared about her. Like lightning she dashed toward the last known location and was slightly shocked at what she saw “Commander...” she gasped as she saw her leader grasping her sister tightly with a gun at her neck. He had that devils smile on his face.
“What am I doing? I’m taking advantage of this...perfect opportunity.” Still confused Elisha remained silent “Your sister as she must have told you aligned herself with some...gallivanting heroes, your both twins blood type equal, your perfectly alike in every way.” Elisha gritted her teeth as she began to realize what he was saying and so said it her “You want me to take my sisters place...and gather information on these heroes?” A nod of his long head told her yes. “And if I refuse” she said out of pure curiosity knowing what the reply would be “Your sister dies...and since you’ve always seemed to reluctant to kill the innocent...I don’t think you’d let that happen.”
Shaking her head she gave a final glance to her sister and shook her head in agreement to this devils deal, to be the devil’s advocate in a way. Oddly enough they both were wearing jet black suits which were similar except the mask which she quickly took from her sisters attire they were already dressed perfectly alike. As she was readying herself to head to the location she suspected most of them were she heard her leaders voice telling her to holt. Turning around she looked at him in confusing but no word were exchanged as he moved the gun and fired it toward her abdomen. Gasping out of shock she staggered to regain her balance placing her hand against the wall “wh..wh...what..” she was unable to finish before he “We need this to look convincing..”
With that he teleported out with her sister leaving the wounded Elisha on her own once more. Her black locks of hair slung over her face as she placed her hand over the wound on her stomach. Slowly she walked to a nearby building where she could detect sound. She showed no singe of pain she didn't care what her mission was how she was suppose to act she was going to act strong...or as strong as she could with a bullet in her chest. Finally she took a deep breath and walked calmly toward the building, the smell of blood filled the place and reluctantly she followed it. Eventually passing through the door her eyes fell upon the several dead corpses on the floor then to the two tall men in the middle of them as she thought to herself “Oh...shoot.”
